Yesterday I tweeted a brief note about resistance, and I'd like to go a little further for you....
Part of the troubles so many people have is their connections to some kind of fear or negative thoughts that affect thinking, translating into their action.
Ok.
So, if you were thinking about what you DON'T want, a negative thought process, it's likely you bring it to yourself.
Fear is a strong vibrator, and by the strength of the impulses you feel so strongly NOT WANTING something, it vibrates toward you. It begins it's journey to you.
The more you return to that fear that has become a belief for you; the more it comes to you.
Got it? O.K.
So.
How to be different?
It's a Zen thing....
Capture those fleeting thoughts.
Become more aware of what you think.
Be more aware of your impulses.
Creating your awareness will harness the negative thought process long enough for you to correct, reset and be positive.
Awareness is the key.
Your first task now, is to begin to notice your resistance. Make notes. We'll tackle the corrections after your awareness is natural.
