Living Wide Awake

Beginning today I’ll blog daily on: “Living Wide Awake” for your consciousness.

At the bottom of each blog, I'll include your card reading!

What is “Living Wide Awake”?

A great example of “Living Wide Awake” comes with getting your groceries.

The “normal” process may be going right after work, before dinner.
However, going at that time you’re hungry, and will buy more junk foods, less fresh foods, and fewer foods to cook from scratch.
You may even give yourself permission to buy a fast food dinner, based upon your having to get groceries on a “work” night.

Nah...

The stores stay open late for our convenience.

You can go home after work and prepare your dinner, do the dishes; then, go to the grocery store.

You usually stay up till 10 or 11 anyway, watching TV or reading my blogs.

No big deal.

Better yet, when you return to the store after you've had dinner, the benefits are great:
You're no longer hungry, so you won't be grouchy, and there is no waiting at the checkout!

You get home and put everything away, no fuss, no muss, and you're likely to be saving yourself calories, and money!

O.k!

So let’s get out there and ‘Live Wide Awake’ when getting our groceries!

Be sure to read tomorrow’s blog:

"How to shop the grocery store “Living Wide Awake”.

Your reading for tomorrow:

"A time of creative excellence; facing your secret fears to detour the subliminal attractions."

Peace.
